1. Digital Delivery Only

templatech sells digital products only. Every item in our store is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment of any kind, and no delivery to a street address occurs.

2. How Delivery Works

After your payment is confirmed, a delivery email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. That email contains your download link or access instructions. Delivery is normally completed within minutes of purchase, but it can take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

3. Access to Your Files

Download links are unique to your order. They may expire after a period of time for security reasons. If a link expires before you have downloaded your files, contact us and we will send a new link at no extra cost.

4. Requirements for Access

To use our products, you need:

A valid email address that can receive messages and links.
An internet connection.
A free Canva account to open and edit the templates.
A device capable of opening PDF files and image files.

5. Delivery Delays or Failures

6. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, contact us immediately. Once we confirm your purchase, we will update the delivery address and resend your files.

7. No Physical Returns

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, there is nothing to return. All questions about refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
